So, yesterday I was talking with my friend about writing, work and whatnot. I mentioned how I hope the tornado doesn't come close to town and hit my house. All my stories would be blow away and destroyed, meaning I'd be somewhat sad. That's when she asked me, "Why haven't you typed up your stories yet?"
Then it hit me.
Why the heck haven't I typed up my stories yet? That is the only reason I wanted to buy a computer in the first place. Oh wait, I remember why, because the internet is distracting, and I've focused more on building my name then actually writing. Lovely; way to go Dom...
So I guess along with trying to write two books, I'm going to type up all 16 of my stories! I've already done one, so I'll have to type up the rest this summer. I have no idea how long this will take, and I'm kind of hoping it isn't that long; however, this is something that needs to be done. After all, I will be moving out of my house soon, so I'll need to have a copy of my stories with me. An electronic copy is probably going to be my best bet.
Time to get typing!
