Woot-woot!!

One of my friends told me to download this thing called Open Office. Its just like Word, just a little cheaper looking- ANDDD its' free!!! You have nooo idea how happy that makes me! I ended up saving $140, and there is a lot I can do with that extra money XD hahaha!!!

Having crappy internet...

...really sucks!!! Sometimes, out of nowhere, it refuses to work. Now that is a slight problem for me, considering I have a blog, page and etc. How am I supposed to keep updated with everyone if I cannot simply get online???

I hate technology, that's why I write on paper.

Awaken Me by Emily Gossett: review

f you're a supernatural lover than you defiantly check out this book! Awaken Me by Emily Gossett, to put simply, is amazing! I hate how some books drag, and you have to force yourself to get to a decent part. In this story, after the first chapter, you're hooked! Aimee, the lead, witnessed the murder of her best friend by her own fiance. If that isn't interesting alone than I don't know what is.

I believe one of the biggest reasons you'll love this book is because of Aimee. She is far from a damsel in distress; she is a strong individual with a fiery personality. That I absolutely loved, she alone, will make you race through the pages.

The plot is well made, the characters are likeable- even though the protagonist was down right evil, I still found myself drawn to him- and it's will written.

I highly recommend this book! You have to give it a try, because I know once you start, you won't want to put it back down!

Schedules

They're pretty important. If you keep on a daily routine perform better.... But today that's different.

After writing I went to bed around 5am and normally get up at 1 or 2pm. Now today is different, because we have things to do and such at home, so I had to get up at 10am. Needless to say I'm pretty freaking tired and hope it doesn't show through the writing...

*sighhhh*

The internet!!!!

This is the best place for a 'writer's diary'. It's easy to unwind all my thoughts...

I noticed that ever since I obtained internet the production of my novels decreased... That sounded kind of awkward, but what I'm trying to get at is- the internet distracts me!!!! I've actually paid attention to this and figured out that I'm actually writing a book less per year because of it... That's a lot of time being on the internet!!!

Which is why I decided that I need to make a schedule or something. I think I'm only going to spend an hour on the internet every day for the rest of summer break. That way I can get more writing done. I did it today as a test drive and managed to write around three pages before work. Promising results:)

I don't know... I plan on starting this new schedule soon!! ...Next week;)

Another day of laziness...

Well, I guess it should be technically 'night' of laziness, since that's when I write. I started off good, but then my ipod battery started dying, and I cannot write without my music. That's why I got off the couch and started writing on the floor (you can charge ipods with the ps3, which obviously is on the floor XD)

But after 30 mins of that I got uncomfortable, so ended up playing video games...

Maybe tonight will be my night...

What happened to my goals

*sigh*

One of my writer friends will write around 8 pages in one day. He's really talented and epic, and I want to be as good as him! That's why I wanted to write the same amount... But after I managed it once, I never found the effort to do it again. If I force myself to write then it won't end up as good as it could have...

Times like this make me glad that I don't have a deadline!!!
